You have to queue for a long time. Not a lot of choice. Employees understand you badly. The price is OK. Plastic cups with paper straws are sold. You can buy more cups on site that can be used several times. I would recommend it if you don't want anything specific.

The place is clean. The barista approached me promptly. Due to covid19 is mandatory to use masks and keeping the distance between customers. WiFi is available. Toilet is clean.

Starbucks stop .. Delicious as always.

Perfect place with tea

THIS Starbucks is what it should be. Super nice staff, the cafe great, the Frappucino tasted like FRAPPUCINO and not like the dirt on Alexanderplatz in STARBUCKS.

Cool location, unfortunately a bit touristy. Hence a little full.

Awful coffee and expensive

Coffee tastes stale, although the bread was good. A standard filter coffee could be normal

Good Starbucks in a great location, cleaner than many other branches.

The staff prefer to talk to themselves rather than serve the guest. When you stand up on the gallery and look down, everything is incredibly dusty above the coffee bar. Too bad @starbucks that was not a nice visit.

The employees don't seem to be interested in customer friendliness. They lean against the counter with their arms crossed and when you ask a question you get a motivation-less answer. Eating and drinking in front of the clientele is not exactly what you are used to, especially during the sales talk. Drinks are ok and cereals leave a lot to be desired.

I ordered Mocha Praline iced macchiato . Look at what the drink looks like on the poster and what I got. I couldn’t take three sips, the nasty taste of water with chocolate syrup. I had to throw it away.

The coffee is good , the staff is friendly and speaks English. There is no foods variety. , But u can eat something as a snack.

Descent prices and descent coffe

It's tiny for such an important area but you can always walk a few more blocks to a bigger Starbucks in Sony Center. I wish they had more tiny salad and sweet options because everything is really big

Absolutely not professional staff. Absolutely do not value guests. The service is very arrogant. Please note if you do not know English well, then most likely you will be rude. We ordered two coffee, for the second they somehow forgot, I had to remind. If you want to spoil your mood for your own money, come here. Not a single institution has ever met such a service. I do not recommend it.

Staff absolutely rude and unable to accommodate the customer adequately. The drinks and food are not of quality and certainly not up to their cost. I recommend you avoid this place, because you will be disappointed.

Place not clean

Not friendly.

Pretty quiet on a public holiday at 11am which was nice. However there was no a/c running so on their upstairs floor it was very hot. You might loose some business because of this.
